At the end of 2023, I made a vow of celibacy.

What began as abstinence became devotion a sacred ritual that realigned my entire being.

This winter, I open a portal for those who feel the same call: to purify, to reclaim sacred energy, and to rise in clarity.

I just wanted to briefly share that the last yoga session had a very deep effect on me. Right afterwards, I felt incredibly good and connected. The next day, however, a lot of emotions and physical stress surfaced. My nervous system felt quite overwhelmed as if I was going into a mild shutdown.
